Foshan Xinfu Technology Co., Ltd. (sslrepo.com) Digital Certificate Service Terms
1. Accurate information: Users are obliged and guaranteed to provide accurate and complete certificate application information to HuweiSSL at all times, including: certificate request documents, identity proof materials and other materials required by HuweiSSL that are corresponding to the type of certificate to be issued;
2. Private key protection: Users are responsible for and guarantee to take effective measures to ensure the security of the certificate private key at all times. The certificate private key must be kept by a dedicated person and must not be leaked. The private key password must also be kept safe.
3. Certificate Acceptance: The user has the responsibility and guarantee to check and verify the accuracy of the certificate content after receiving it;
4. Certificate Usage: The user is responsible for and guarantees that the certificate is only installed on the server bound to the domain name listed in the certificate subject alternative name, and guarantees compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and these Terms of Service during use; if the user’s website supports OCSP Stapling, the user must staple OCSP responses during the TLS handshake;
5. Certificate Revocation: The user is responsible and guarantees to immediately stop using the certificate and immediately apply to sslsky.com to revoke the certificate in the following circumstances:
(a) the information in the certificate is incorrect or inaccurate, or becomes incorrect or inaccurate due to changes in the certificate applicant’s information, or (b) any actual or suspected abuse or loss of the certificate private key or damage to the certificate;
6. Termination of certificate use: If the certificate is revoked due to leakage of the private key, the user is obliged and guarantees to immediately stop using the public and private keys of this certificate;
7. Timely feedback: Users are obliged to respond to sslsky.com’s notifications regarding private key leakage or certificate abuse within the specified time;
8. Information Sharing: If (a) the certificate or certificate applicant is identified as the source of suspected malicious code; (b) the identity of the certificate applicant cannot be verified; or (c) the certificate revocation application is not submitted by the certificate applicant (such as: the private key is found to be leaked, certificate signature malware is found, etc.), the user agrees that sslsky.com will share the certificate applicant information with other CAs, industry organizations and international CA/browser standards alliances.
9. Know and accept: Users must know and accept that if the certificate applicant violates these Terms of Service, or sslsky.com finds that the user’s certificate is used to engage in criminal activities such as phishing attacks, fraud or the spread of malicious code, or other violations of relevant laws and regulations, sslsky.com has the right to immediately revoke the certificate and close the account to which the certificate belongs, and reserves the right to pursue the legal liability of the parties in accordance with the law. In addition, sslsky.com does not assume any liability for breach of contract or other legal liability for this user after taking corresponding measures such as revoking the certificate. sslsky.com obtains the right to deal with illegal and illegal content in accordance with the provisions of these Terms of Use, but this right does not constitute an obligation or commitment of sslsky.com, and sslsky.com cannot guarantee timely discovery of illegal acts or corresponding treatment.
