SSLROPE Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) lists prohibited conduct and content when using the services provided by SSLSKY, its affiliates or on its behalf. This Policy is an integral part of the SSLSKY User Agreement (“User Agreement”). The examples and restrictions listed below are not exhaustive. We may update this policy from time to time, and the updated policy will be posted on the website. By continuing to use the service, you agree to abide by the latest version of this policy. You acknowledge and agree that we may suspend or terminate the service if you or your users violate this policy. The terms used in the User Agreement have the same meaning in this Policy.

Prohibited Conduct

When accessing or using the Services, or allowing others to access or use the Services, you may not:

1. Violate any local, national or international laws, regulations and rules;

2. Infringe or violate the rights of others, including but not limited to privacy rights or intellectual property rights;

3. Engage in, encourage, assist or allow others to engage in any illegal, unlawful, infringing, harmful or fraudulent behavior, including but not limited to any of the following activities: harming or attempting to harm minors in any way, pornography, illegal gambling, illegal VPN construction, Ponzi schemes, cyber attacks, phishing or damage, privately intercepting any system, program or data, and monitoring service data or traffic without permission;

4. Transmit, provide, upload, download, use or reuse, disseminate or distribute any illegal, infringing, offensive, harmful content or materials, including but not limited to those listed in the “Prohibited Content” below;

5. Transmit any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, time bombs, keyboard loggers, spyware, adware or any other harmful programs or similar computer code designed to adversely affect the operation or security of any computer hardware or software;

6. Attack, interfere with, disrupt or adversely affect any service, hardware, software, system, website or network, including but not limited to accessing or attacking any service, hardware, software, system, website or network using large amounts of automated means (including robots, crawlers, scripts or similar data gathering or extraction methods);

7. Access any part of the Service, account or system without authorization, or attempt to do so;

8. Violate or adversely affect the security or integrity of the Services, hardware, software, systems, websites or networks;

9. distribute, disseminate or send unsolicited email, bulk email or other messages, promotions, advertising or solicitations (such as “spam”);

10. Fraudulent offers of goods or services, or any advertising, promotional or other materials that contain false, deceptive or misleading statements.

Prohibited Content

The following prohibitions apply to any and all communications you transmit through the Services. Your Content must not:

1. Is defamatory, obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory;

2. Promote violence, sexually explicit content based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age or any other basis;

3. Infringement of intellectual property rights;

4. may be false, deceptive or misleading;

5. Promote, advocate, incite or assist any illegal activity;

6. Threaten, abuse, or infringe upon the privacy of a third party;

7. Contains statements that you know or believe, or have reasonable grounds to believe, that the target public to whom the statement is published or to be published may understand it as directly or indirectly encouraging or inducing them to commit, prepare or incite terrorist acts.

Our supervision and enforcement

Although we have no obligation to investigate any violation of this Policy or any misuse of the Services or Website, we reserve the right to do so. If you have any violation or suspected violation, we have the right to take any of the following actions at our discretion without any liability to you (taking the following actions does not affect any other rights or remedies we have under the User Agreement). Failure to comply with this Policy constitutes a material breach of the User Agreement.

1. Investigate violations of this Policy or misuse of the Services or Website;

2. Investigate and help prevent security threats, fraud, or other illegal, infringing, or harmful activities;

3. remove, block, disable access to or modify any content or materials, including but not limited to Your Content;

4. Issue a warning to you and ask you to correct the error;

5. take legal action against you for compensation for our losses (including but not limited to reasonable administrative and legal costs) arising from such breach;

6. Take further legal action against you;

7. Immediately suspend or terminate your account, the services provided to you, your order or user agreement, and your content stored in the service environment may be deleted immediately;

8. Report your violations to appropriate law enforcement agencies or other appropriate third parties.

Reporting Violations of This Policy

If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, you will notify us immediately and provide reasonable cooperation to help stop the violation or obtain remedies. You may contact us to report any violation of this Policy.
